A Note From Lucy:
I have been fortunate to work and teach in a number of health and wellness settings by nothing has profoundly impacted me and my participants the way that Mindfulness does. Learning to practice Mindfulness is empowering and also has the capacity to crack your heart wide open, if you allow it to.  This practice brings me back to who I know I really am, and I love to see that happen to others as well.

With Heart,
Lucy
