New Horizons Rehabilitation Services

Mr. Hatfield’s career at New Horizons started in 1989 at the Pontiac location, where he was hired as a Case Manager. Over the years, Mr. Hatfield was promoted into a number of various roles including: managing the Supported Employment Program, overseeing Employment Services, Branch Manager at Davisburg, and Vice President of Rehabilitation for the entire organization and now in the prominent position of President/CEO for New Horizons Rehabilitation.

Over Mr. Hatfield’s career, he has worked closely with fellow managers including the current and past leadership, to see growth and expansion of Programs and Services; with 70% of services now in the local community, and over 600 individuals becoming competitively placed in the community. 

One of Mr. Hatfield’s major strengths throughout his career and as the Vice President has always been his close relationships with stakeholders, parents and funders. These relationships have always been critical and have enabled New Horizons to expand community and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Mr. Hatfield is a MARO Leadership graduate and currently serves on the Oakland County Work Force Development and MARO Boards.
