The tools he uses include traditional exercise prescription, mind-body fitness, soft tissue therapies, lifestyle and stress management, healthy eating habits, chiropractic principles, and orthopedic rehabilitation. After gathering data about clients' physical, chemical, mental, emotional, and spiritual stressors, he develops a customized program that helps them achieve their goals of golf performance, weight loss, and pain reduction.
