James is one of the founders and owner of Shain Park, REALTORS^® in Birmingham, Michigan. While guiding and directing the agents at Shain Park, REALTORS^®, James enjoys his positions as a director on the Oakland County Economic Development Corporation and president of BRAVO, the performing arts board at Cranbrook Educational Community where his son attends school. He has been most recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS^® (GMAR). He has also been a speaker, panelist and moderator at many events, conferences and symposiums across the country.

James is an engaging, charismatic leader and speaker who never fails to receive a positive response from his community and industry. He is an accomplished singer, skater and actor having begun his career as a performer for Walt Disney Productions and Walt Disney’s World On Ice.
