Special thoughts and prayers for our President Jim Conley who will be undergoing heart surgery.

Program: Joe Bauman, Endowment Board President, gave the Annual report of what the Endowment Club has contributed to throughout last year. A 90for 90 fundraiser was started to coincide with the club celebrating its 90th year in 2014. Over $11,000 was collected and sent to Rotary Foundation. Jim Conley and Steven Volk also set a challenge for the Annual Fund and another $11,000 was netted. Several district grants were submitted and funds were distributed to the following: Bound Together, YMCA and TCH.  Joe also announced that positions are up to serve as a director on the Endowment Board. The ballot was given to members present and the new directors to serve a two year term are John Mucha and Wendee Haugh. Congratulations and thank you to Bryan Frank and John Westerheide for also agreeing to run.  Molly Swart read the minutes from the last Endowment meeting and one amendment was made to change the date of the Annual meeting to Oct 5. The motion was made by Dave Underdown, second by Bill Roy. Amendment passed.
Pat Grady gave an overview of the financials and all looks good.

Thank you to Joe Bauman who has served on this board for 4 years and will be next year sitting in the back as he stated as an observer.
